As the paper says, the poorest orphans are giving money to some of the wealthiest people on Earth.

Cambodians know all about flooding. It's probably why some of this kids are orphans.

I truly hope that once this all settles, that the message sinks in well.... that throughout most of the world, when flooding like this occurs, there are no social services, no army forces, and no other rich provinces, to help out.

And there's nothing like kids to make some "grownups" look and feel petty.
