I just think this is a great phrase...heard it on Rock 101 whilst in Vancouver. They were talking about why when the cost of oil goes up you see an immediate price rise at the pumps and yet, when it goes down, it takes like three months to show at the pumps...why...because Bull Crap Rules the World!!

I love it.

I also think that this is why your computer only crashes when you have not saved the file you are working on for three hours!!

This is why everyone uses PC's and not Mac's.

This is why (Pea will like this) a single company can be allowed to get a monopoly on seed supply.

Because....everybody repeat after me...BULL CRAP RULES THE WORLD!!!

Any other ideas??

Okay, here's a bull crap riddle:

If you take your average bull, and you weigh the amount of crap it produces over its entire lifetime, and then you compare that to the weight of the bull itself, which one will weigh more, the bull or the crap?

The British electoral system effectively means that two parties are competing for the votes of a few thousand, cleverly identified "target voters" in a few marginal constituencies, whilst a massive number of our hard-won votes are simply worthless. Of course, the parties concerned benefit from this absurd system, and so will never vote for a fairer one ... why?... Because bull crap rules the world.

Oh, and surely it must be the crap that weighs more, leveller? :?: (Having said that, I often find there's a clever and/or amusing answer to riddles, that avoids the seemingly obvious). :wink:

The British system is crap Henry...but I expect everyone thinks that about their govenment...if only there were another way................................any ideas?

Emma, I could waffle for hours about the merits of various voting systems, and will if given half a chance, but any friend of peapod's is a friend of mine, so I've no wish to bore you. :lol: Suffice to say, I feel the First Past The Post System makes a travesty of democracy, and needs reform. But we all know turkeys would not vote for Christmas.

You're right, the crap weighs more, and there's no trick to it, except to say that a bull that can't crap anymore is a dead bull, so I guess that crap is, unfortunately, a sign of life. But also, there's so much of it that we, the living, have to figure out what to do with it.

Well politics is all Bullcrap...will any of the parties change anything for the better in a term? Nah! They're all the same just with different names and promises...I don't believe them at all.

Well, I agree with you up to a point, but I do believe that, whilst most politicians are self-serving, power-hungry, hypocritical liars, some are bigger self-serving, power-hungry, hypocritical liars than others.

Ok, Why is it that every git in the office I work in, can print away quite happily with no issues at - but when it's my turn, the punk ass printer has run out of paper AGAIN?

I've been monitoring printer usage and for some inexplicable reason it always runs out when I come to use it.

Could this be the 'Bull Crap' effect.

It is Goose poop.

Ever live near the kind of Geese who never migrate?

You know what they do?

They stick around.

And poop all over the place, killing the entire eco structure of the pond or lake they no longer migrate from.

I've never seen any animal greater than the goose who can give you the poop.

They sleep and eat where they poop.

I've discovered that there is a whole race of geese who were never taught to migrate. I've discovered that they have no instinct for it unless taught to do so.

Sounds like you live, or have lived, near Wascana Park in Regina. There's a protected, semi-domesticated flock of Canada geese there year round that fouls the walkways and lawns and water, attacks children and pets... and we feed the @#$@#!@#$ repulsive critters to help them through the winter.

Really makes me want to get out the old 12-gauge...

I'm with you DS my aunt has a farm here with a lake and the bastards show up every year and shit all over the place it just ruins our visits every time :x
