Two Louisiana men were banned from a buffet after the Manchuria Restaurant had enough of them pigging out on crab legs and frog legs.
Ricky Labit, who is 6-foot-3 and weighs 265 pounds, and his wife's cousin Michael Borrelli, who weighs 277 pounds, were first charged double for their visit.
Labit said the waitress told the pair, "Y'all fat, and y'all eat too much."
A restaurant spokesperson said the men were charged extra because they made a habit of dining exclusively on the more expensive seafood dishes.
The argument over the bill resulted in police being called. The police report states that the disagreement was settled when the restaurant said the bill was a mistake and, to appease Labit, the meal was complimentary.
Labit said he insisted on paying but was told not to come back.
