Huge Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales has led a flotilla of 15 NATO ships in a show of strength against Russia.
NATO has recently grown in size and strength with Finland joining in 2022 and Sweden joining just days ago.
The organisation has shown off its impressive firepower to the world by having the British carrier vanguard a fleet of ships from 11 allied NATO nations.
Many of NATO's member states may be small but an attack on any member state will see a combined response from the rest of the member states against the aggressor.
NATO has 3.5 million soldiers and constitutes 55% of Earth's military spending.
