My mom fried the best yardbird. Made the best potato salad, and home made bread, In the commercial yardbird business I'd probably choose KFC for the chicken and the biscuits. Churches has better fried okra though.

Just go to Safeway, Super Store, Kroger, Tom Thumb, Winn Dixie, or any grocery store and pick one up for $10.

If you MUST go out for Chicken, nothing beats El Pollo Loco - Friggin Canadians.
