too funny, I miss much when I disappear for a day.
Why bother with the elections at the end of March? The new board appears to be functioning fine, I just wanted it explained to me how I did not qualify.That done I'm happy.

With the hectic schedule you have it's just great that you are here whenever you can make it. I had 4 kids and a job to juggle back "in the day" so I can emphathise.
Yeah, it can get kinda crazy. I had the day off yesterday, but it was bill day, and the oldest had a school skate...mummy was on hand with the youngest to tie skates...between dropping off and picking the middle fellow off at kindergarten, and getting mr.manda dropped off at work for 8 am, and having the other car towed to my fathers shop to have the brakes fixed. It didn't really feel like a day off, I'm much more relaxed here at work now
Know what you mean. Delivering the mail and facing the elements was so much easier than dealing with all the home problems I had. Vacation time was the biggest joke--can't rest with 4 daughters on the loose
manda, I was an admin for a pretty large community board, very much like this one. But these boards lose all there fun when you have to play the political game as a moderator and always having someone yelling down your back, you always have someone who doesn't like you and well the BoD doesn't even appear to be really moderators anyways so what does it matter.
I think just being a member of a community is a lot better then being a moderator admin or whatever else they wish to call it.
It's a lot more fun and you get away with a lot more. =-D

Like I said Finder, I just wanted to know the reasoning behind the statement that there were no valid nominations, when I knew that I had been nominated. Ièm fine just being a member, and then I don' feel pressed to get my butt online.

Thanks...I appreciate it...but I like being a member only, just the same. I got a rundown from one of my dear friends about all the kaka that hit the fan in my absence, so it's all good now
