through a process without interference by The States.
I fear our American policy is always too blunt and
too heavy handed out of belief in ourselves, but
stupidly it gets the worst results for my country.
Hopefully we leave Latin America to experiment
and go through this process themselves.
Then whatever happens, they can't blame the usual
