Premier League

Crystal Palace 1-2 Arsenal

London giants Arsenal have been crowned English champions for the first time since 2004, winning the Premier League last week after second placed Manchester City could only manage a 1-1 draw away against Bournemouth.

At the weekend the new champions won once again, beating fellow London club Crystal Palace 2-1 away in their first match as English champions.

As is traditional in English football, the new champions received a respectful guard of honour from their opponents as they took to the pitch before the game.

It's the 14th time Arsenal have been crowned English champions.

Arsenal could be about to also be European champions: they're about to face the mighty Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League Final...

Arsenal lift the Premier League trophy...
