There is a gigantic inconsistency in logic in the United States.

One one hand, a person who was not born there, but no matter what he accomplished in life, can not be the President.

But, on the other hand, a child of an illegal (i.e. CRIMINAL) who was born there, can.

Interesting point. However the child is a separate person from the parent and was born in the US.

Does Canada automatically grant citizenship to anybody born here? i know most European countries don't, USA is probably unique in this respect.
