lol. Yeah, you caught me.
I knew you were gunnin' for my soft spot.

oh dear Bear - it's only fair to warn ya - that old expression "... throws like a girl".... ya... that would be me. I'd have more luck hitting the broad side of a barn if I wasn't aiming for it. If you're ever in the vicinity when I'm playing darts, it would be best to get out of the vicinity. Somehow I'm thinking a bow would be much the same.:p
I disagree. 1)It's not as hard as people think it is, 2)With the set up I employ, it's as easy as pie.

I have a lag in my eye, due to a head injury in which my left eye was actually ejected from the socket. The left only faired slightly better, having not torn the tissue that hold it in place. So I have difficulty seeing through a traditional peep sight.

I could babble on, but watch this video.

BTW...Tom Miranda is one of my hunting idols.

Not at all. A bow doesn't require you to move and aim, it requires you to be still and aim. (unless you're like Bear and your target moves 8O)
I don't even shoot at moving targets. I bleat to stop them for that slip second for the shot.

Karrie, re the big box stores, there are thousands of quality small stores put out of business by Wal-Marts because people are inherently cheap. My mother would drive 25 miles to save 4 cents on tomatoes. Never underestimate the power of discount sellers. But definitely, one needs to differentiate themselves from buying from those who have no idea what they're selling.

A sign at the door explaining that you've found certain brands to be the bet bang for the buck, and corresponding markers throughout, would be a neat idea. Especially if it wasn't always the highest price items you endorse. lol.

This is very true. Slick marketing and for all intents and purposes, hype, have created an atmosphere of superiority in the big box stores.

Excellent idea Karrie. I was discussing something similar with SCB. Printing out available reviews and specs comparisons and placing them next to the products, as well as photo's of them in use, my own personal reviews and why I think they're the best product.

I prefer to go with whatever works the best and whichever brands don't aggravate my hatred of marketing habits ( too many ads and inane ads). Cost is also a factor. So I didn't find a item to tick in the poll.
Hey LG!!! How's trix bud?

I agree with you 100% and should have added that in someway to the poll.
