I like cricket - it's England's 2nd-biggest sport, after football.

Bush is in Pakistan at the moment. Whilst he was there, he was given tips on how to play cricket, which is Pakistan's national sport.

The England team are in India to play them in the Test Series.

George Bush took some time out from his talks with the Pakistan president to play cricket with pupils at the Islamabad College for Boys. Note how they are using a tennis ball - muxch safer using a tennis ball when you're playing the game with Bush.

Then he practises as a bowler.

The boys pretend to be impressed as Shrub shows them a baseball.

Cricket took a giant leap forward when they went for the 50 overs.
That made the batters to go for it. Hit a lot more sixes. I dont get cricket on my dish just crappy football basketball and baseball.
Last matches I saw was in Oz a few years ago. Spin bowler Shane Warne destroyed the Kiwis.
Howzat?

The world's first ever international cricket game took place between, believe it or not, Canada and the United States in the 1840s.

Canada were the victors.

George Bush was alot more co-ordinated at cricket than John Howard, and John Howard's been watching it his whole life, while Bush never knew it existed.

PS: How good was the Australia v South Africa match!? I'm so glad i stayed up til 2am for it :D

In Canada when Phys Ed was a real course (horse drawn carrage) it was mandatory to take Cricket, I sucked. It is a sport that requires hand/speed and eye cordination that I don't have.
