The conclusion?
I'm back from february. The system and in reality, I have to admit, we will never reach that perfection unless we are all contributing something. As for the rest of the things, I believe it is partially the responsiblity of the government's when come to saving the environment and developing new efficient gadgets. There are a lot of new war gadgets and tools, however there are few environment ones. However, the government cannot always give the rightful things and most of the inventions and the dams depended on the inventors themselves. The best government may do is to put funds to aide such research. See one of my post in 7 ways to save the world. As I realized that this is almost impossible for people to achieve, I will not post the new system that I edited during January until global warming is reduced or until someone decides to lag because I did not post. The time limit is until March break. No, not all people of the government is corruptive. The point is for us to vote and to keep on supporting the lesser evils at trouble times and always be notified to change and to adapt. This system, after fix should be only for a reference. The best in line of the average system is the Swiss combine with the goal of the socialists although I hope the people with the system have the skills of solving problems as the past successful Liberals at laws and such and the money skill of a Conservative.
