Why is it when I click on the icon with the mountain to insert an image, it asks only for a link......The picture is on my pc.
That's actually something I've wondered about. I personally, do not publicly post my picture anywhere. Not even on such places as facebook etc. I admit, I may be a little too paranoid about my privacy and security etc., but somehow the idea that anybody... and I mean ANY weirdo out there could see my pic is just icky to me.
Yet, I've seen public forums where people post their pix like crazy. Even pix of their kids, their homes etc... I'm sure they're safe, but every time I see someone do that, I wonder if they'll ever be sorry they did it.
Ahhhh maybe it's just my age showing... I'm a product of the age when privacy was guarded more closely than gold.
To upload from your comp you click the paperclip thingy and you will get a dialouge box for that.:smile:
My pic is too big to post on here. I was only gonna post the one I have in my profile. Without ma nose. That is for identity purposes. As Zan said, I like to be protected...lol.
I only send pics to people who are nice to me. ;-)

Meeshee, if you want to post pics you need to host them from a 3'rd party such as photobucket and then you paste the link in here.
