Done, it's been upped to 35 threads if you're logged in, 20 if not.

Apart from cleaning up the look of some popup menus, I've also added a couple of new themes. If anybody wants to see the new skinning options, go here: http://forums.canadiancontent.net/?styleid=6 and click on Themes in the main menu. The last three are new.
