To george cope the man who was going to bring customers back to bell
must be prior to 2008 - CEO is George Cope - note: he has an office at BCE Place . Are you aware a law suit - Civil - can be initiated for $140. I have been to hell and back with Bell and at the end of the month my credit status will be affected - so have no option but to sue them - it's not a difficult procedure and I will do it without a lawyer. Dealing with Bell is a nightmare. Bell Mobility, Bell One Bill and Bell Telephone do not have access to each others accounts which makes bring any problem to conclusion impossible. They choose not to employee Canadians but to use cheap labour (India) - people who speak little or no English - are very rude because you the customer do not speak their language - are always right (so they think), and do nothing but keep you on hold and transfer you. I wonder who has been on hold and/or transferred the longest?? My record, on one call, is 2 hours 14 minutes. If we got together we could throw in a few bucks (as there are so many of us) and do some sort of billboard or newspaper ad. How about it??? Think about it, how many elderly people are made to keep a contract that doesn't exist, pay money they do not owe and eventually have credit rating affected. It's a scam. Canadian Princess Hamilton - how come you got $200 to cancell each phone and I was quoted $600 per phone ?? Paulinev
