America Considers Nuking Oil Spill

A leading Russian daily has come up with another option-nuke the spill. Though it sounds more like fiction and somewhat outlandish, the fact is that Soviet Russia had used controlled nuclear explosions to contain oil spills, on at least five different occasions.

America has a hard decision to make which is to let the oil spill for another couple of months or fix the problem now by setting off a controlled nuclear explosion to seal the leak.

President Obama is considering this option.

This will be done soon before the American anti-nukers can stop it.

It seems to me that they have no other options. BP can't stop it and the environmental damage will be worse if the leak is not contained.
