South Korea having a bigger American base is a good thing. They'll be able to better resist the North if they ever come across. And any expansion of a foreign base would have to be approved by South Korea, so perhaps they should talk to their government first.

I think the ad said that they were just consolidating two bases into one. So it's not a bigger base, except in that area. The number of soilders will not be changing.
