I do hope the police catch the guy soon and he puts up a fight..

I do not hope that some YAHOOOO!! goes out and seeks justice and maybe hit the girl or create more causalities. But I do not care if the guy catches a stray bullet while being arrested by the law.

I don't agree with vigilante justice, like Zimmerman, but I also despise media hype to convict a person or make it racial. Media has much more power than the Government and the Law these days..

You know it's only a matter of time before the scenario I described actually happens. Then we'll need to work out what's the yahoo's liability, what's the state's liability, what's the liability of the telecom companies broadcasting the Amber Alert, and scores of other legal questions.

And I'll be right there in the middle of it. It'll be raining soup, and I'll have a bucket.
