It is completely out of line to bring someones parent or family member into these pointless arguments. It cannot be tolerated, no matter what your political beliefs are. The matter will be dealt with, end of story.

California voters were narrowly rejecting a proposed constitutional amendment to require that doctors planning to perform abortions on girls under age 18 notify their parents.

It actually failed to pass. Final percentage .52.6 - 47.4%. Of course in some other states like Texas it would of passed by 80% plus I bet. At least in California girls are free to make a choice whether to have an abortion without fear of influence, consequence or punishment from parents if they so choose.

I see all 4 propositions Arnold supported all failed in California.
