Hello All,
I lived in AB for 2 years until June of last year, then I moved to BC and changed all of my pertinant addresses including drivers licence and AB student loan contact info. Today I recieved in the mail an AB Surplus Check for $400, with the payee info being my corect BC address.... Can I safely call this check mine or will they want it back a later date? As far as I remember I filled as a BC resident for taxes last year as my fiance and son lived in BC and I included them on my taxes.
Any ideas?
