no, no.Moghrabi. What I mean is it human nature to use religion, culture, previous abuse, etc as an excuse for doing or not doing something.

We currently have a federal and provincial jail system full of people who have successfully learned to blame others for their shortcomings. We have entire ministry's dedicated to keeping victims..victims. Without the victims we'd have a lot of people on ei.
