Let the People Vote.

The people have had TWO votes. The Leavers won each one. It's shocking that undemocratic Remain losers want another referendum before the first is carried out.

Just let the people vote!
What are you afraid of?
Are you deaf, blind or just stupid. They did vote, TWICE. And the result was pretty clear. Unfortunately, it's clear you're one of those shit heads who think it's only democracy when your side or the side you support, wins. You remind me of American democracy applied abroad. "Yes, we know you had an open, free and fair election but we don't like the guy you elected so we'll just slip in our own little puppet." Same shit, different pile.

So much for WW2 being about freedom and the right to self-determination.

And for the record, if PM Heath had allowed the people to vote on this in 1972, we wouldn't be having this discussion right now. So you seem to have no issue with the UK being dragged into the EEC/EU against the will of the people without even the vaguest nod to democracy, but are screaming about letting them vote now after they already voted twice on the matter. You don't get to keep holding vote after vote after vote until you finally get your way.

Why can't the People vote?

Why are you all refusing to let them vote while the politicians vote?

And they'll get to vote on Brexit yet again come next UK election... or are you proposing that the UK should abolish those... in the name of democracy and respecting the will of the people, of course.

We won't be voting on Brexit again in the next General Election. Brexit will have been carried out and the democratic decision the people made will have been carried out. That would be that.

Can you just imagine the precedent it would set if another referendum was held? It would mean that any future referendum on any matter would also be in danger of negation. Anyone stupid enough to raise the issue has not a clue of the harm it would to overturn the vote.

Damn right! When there's a referendum, or any other piece of legislation, it must be enshrined in the law for all time, without possibility of repeal or amendment!

Yeah, we tried that. Led to a requirement that ships with fully integrated HF and satellite long-distance communications still had to carry a 500kHz carrier-wave set and a radio officer who knew Morse code.

Took forever to get that one repealed.

I can't even believe we're talking about a second referendum still. MPs have voted against it. And not just narrowly. They crushed it by 334 votes to 85.

Overall, the United Kingdom is expected to tooth in the EU to take in Bosnia is my will with the United Kingdom would remain and a total of 29 nations of the EU were also formed, the maximum number and over half of Europe were included.

Common reserve strength and common currency would be more fun.

Genuine Union with Czech Republic, Belgium, France, Italy also more.
