The playoffs this time around are rather complicated and are split up into several mini tournaments.
If I've worked it out correctly, Iceland play Romania, with the winner then playing Bulgaria or Hungary (who play each other in the same "path", Path A) in the final, with the winner progressing to Euro 2020.
There are three other such mini tournaments, so four teams to reach Euro 2020.
In Path C, Norway play Serbia and Scotland play Israel, with the two winners paying each other in the final, with the winner entering England, Croatia and Czech Republic's group in Euro 2020.
