I knew the USA would be lethargic because the players were demoralized. But I had no idea the Swedes would be in worse shape. Thought they were going to play house a-fire but it was not so.

I knew the USA would be lethargic because the players were demoralized. But I had no idea the Swedes would be in worse shape. Thought they were going to play house a-fire but it was not so.

For Sweden, Russia, USA, Canada and a few others, the Bronze medal game seems like a disappointment as Gold is what they were seeking. It is probably the single hardest game to play. If you lose earlier, you are done and can just go home.

Congrats to Finland, once perennial also rans they claimed their second Gold in 3 years, and at home, in a great competitive game. Totally entertaining.
