Yes T, there are many good young players around and more on the way. What you seem to miss is that Tiger plays alongside these kids and contends for the win while he is injured and doesn't have his B game let alone his A game. Is Tiger getting 'old'? Not really, 37 is not old in athletics anymore and certainly not in golf. I don't know if he will ever get that A game back but that is the most feared thing on tour for if it happens you will see again 143 guys teeing it up for second place.

that thinking is straight from the media, who try to put thoughts in all of our heads, but I think
for myself, and won't buy into their hype.

tiger is coming back from two injuries which put him out of contention for a long time, swing changes,
and his little romp on the sleezy side of town, many times.

he can contend now, he is playing well, and did all year, but there are other good young players out
there too, and they aren't intimidated by much of anything, or they wouldn't get there in the
first place.

tiger is 37 now, his best years are behind him, but he will be competetive for awhile yet, and he may
even win another major, but I don't see him dominating like he did before, although what he did
before has produced all of the great young players we see now, and that is good.

tiger let a few years slip away by behaving like an idiot, by making too many swing changes, and no
fault of his own, his injuries, and his body doesn't seem to be doing him any favours of late, one can
see that he is on the verge of another injury every once in a while, so he might be out of circulation
again soon.

the new young players are 'fearless' and ready for anything at anytime, they are a new generation,
they are sassy, unafraid and don't bow down to anyone, they aren't afraid of tiger or anyone else.
They are real athletes, they want the money, and they are going after it.

Tiger is maturing into a different type of person, he is more humble now, more friendly, he tries to act
like the arrogant, poker faced intimidating player he use to be, but the young guys aren't buying it,
they don't care, they want the power, the money and the limelight too.

Life goes on, no one is indespensable, we all know that, tiger is no different.

And, there is many more than one young very good player, any of them can rise to the top at any time, then
another, and another, I love it.

And behind the great young players we are now seeing, there are many more just waiting to arrive on the
scene, the competition for a spot on the pga is huge, just watch the web.com tour a few times, one of the
hardest tours to win on, and full of up n coming great players, better than ever before.

Players can have very good rounds on the web.com all week end, and not make the cut, the play is awsome.

Tiger is just one of the pga players, one of the best, only he isn't young anymore, in the golf world.
I don't listen to sports media all day long. I speak for myself. Glad to hear the pro golf media concurs. It's ludicrous to see Mickelson everyone's go-to darling. Like he has ever been in the same league as Tiger. The exception being when Tiger didn't play. That isn't what legends are made of.

yeah, mickelson, the irritating one. It seems now he has seen the light, and chosen to be the big
brother of some of the young guys. He never has become a clutch player, always found a way to screw
up along the way with his 'no thought' shots. But he has won a few majors, so has to be given credit
for those.

Phil, the go-to darling for sure, but he did seem to actually have fun in the ryder cup, what else can
he do, he's tried everything else. Bradley made him look good, and he is one of those young guys I
described, the new generation of 'no fear', here we come, better look out, and there are lots of us.

The golf will even get better than it is now, just wait.
