Last week I advised Canadians on this forum to cancel any plans they had to vacation in Mexico, after reading "19-year-old Adam DePrisco from Woodbridge, Ont., was killed in Acapulco."
I will repeat this suggestion again ... do not visit Mexico, it is a lawless place filled with too many lawless people.

Maybe they have a second amendment that permits them to bear arms... maybe American cinema has taught their children like its taught Canadian children that violence with a firearm is acceptable if you feel slighted or you're afraid those damn Canadians are closet terrorists ...oops sorry that's American paranoia..

Mikey: Americans are not afraid of the Canadian people, we are more like you than unlike you. I agree your statement with the films that come out of Hollywood are violent and distrubing, I chose not to go to those kinds of films. The crime rate is high in certain areas of drugs, gangs, and illegals invading the US, so a right to bear arms is essential to the law abiding citizens. Until our crime rate is in the fraction percentile, then the right to bear arms is a survival tool.

strange though that there are laws about carrying potassium cyanide around cos it can kill people whereas you're guaranteed the right to carry a gun, despite the fact it kills people a lot faster and a lot easier and a lot nastier
