CNBC underground at Cigar Lake. Quite a complex and something is up. Tim Gitzel mentioning unprecedented demand for uranium.

Canadian Federal Election Outcome October 20th (or 27th?), 2025.

The way we run our political system is another barely amended out dated model from 1867 that serves politicians extremely well compared to the public they serve. The rest of us just pay.

    2024 Stock Market

Having a hard time transferring funds from RBC and get the feeling they don't like the crypto movement while no doubt being up to their neck in it for themselves. First they denied my credit card and then refused to allow an e-transfer. When I called to find out what was going on they tried to...

Canadian Federal Election Outcome October 20th (or 27th?), 2025.

Schools face the same challenge as the post office transitioning to a different style of life from what they were originally developed as with the side of a bunch of extremely well paying jobs with not a lot of accountability that they will fight tooth and nail to hang on to.

    Gun Control is Completely Useless.

Not condoning violence of any type but that mystery shooter has done a good job of evading capture. They will get him or her sooner than later. Was the shooter just a person or a hired professional?

    Canada Post Strike

Doesn't seem right that we should be held hostage to an agreement ratified in 1874 even though it has been amended. Same deal with the Banking Act of 1867. Hard to get rid of it once it is in.

    Canada Post Strike

Quite a bit is not keeping up with the times lately. More than a trillion in credit card debt while RBC reports a $4.25 billion quarterly profit.

    Canada Post Strike

Canada Post like all government bureaucracies is too top heavy but they all want to keep those jobs. Personally I can't believe they spent all that money changing the mailboxes.

Trudeau Has Buried Us In Debt

It's about an hour from where I live. No doubt it is going to boost the local economy. Being short of workers already I wonder what kind of influx of immigrants will land the good Government of Canada jobs. I'm interested in the construction aspect.

Trudeau Has Buried Us In Debt

Taking bets on what the final tab on the $26 billion nuclear waste repository 10 year construction project starting in 2030 will end up costing. Seems a 4 bagger would be too conservative. Interestingly they are forecasting a 175 year life of facility which makes me wonder what would be next

    Canada Post Strike

Isn't this when the managers step in to deliver the mail. Also can't really see how a strike works when one side doesn't give a shit and continues to be paid. Should just sell the business but not the land to Purolator who I am told they own a good % of already

Two years into the Trudeau 2.0 Minority Term, which day will Justin call the election that only he wants?

Trudeau hits Mar a Lago. Would be a nice place to stay and right up there with JT's usual level of comfort. Billed to Canada of course but that's of no concern. Looks to me like the main discussion point was hair styles but can't figure out which way the info was flowing...
