I support arrest of anybody breaking the law in any protest. If you are BLM rioter, you should be arrested. In the past the police have had a hands off approach. But because this is not a left leaning rally perhaps you are suggesting different rules be applied?

I think the issue is the no-knock search warrant. If he was not a suspect, how did they get a warrant for his apartment? The judge who signed the warrant should be held accountable as well.

It was a stupid position to not refund it automatically. It was never their money (aside from their cut).
