    Rapporteur David Johnson, Eminent Canadian

There is no reason for any sane person to take this job. No matter what you find your credibility would be shot.

    Rapporteur David Johnson, Eminent Canadian

Had you said you would support the Liberal position for a higher stipend you would have been an ideal candidate. The last thing this government wants is a neutral overseer.

    “Wokeness” in Canada and elsewhere…

More wokeness. Definition by example. I suspect John A MacDonald road would still be acceptable to the post office as no federal law has passed changing the postal address.

    “Wokeness” in Canada and elsewhere…

If woke needed a definition, this is it.

WE really need to get rid of this guy

Looks like Justin's wife agrees with us, it is time to get rid of this guy. Saw and alert that she is separating from him.

    “Wokeness” in Canada and elsewhere…

I haven't heard the term 'woke' or 'wokeness' at all before 3-4 years ago tops. If a definition existed before then, it was unknown to me. The phenomenon that it defines is definitely within the last 5 years. And I need to go back and read Dex's response. The forum seemed to skip me to page 2...

    “Wokeness” in Canada and elsewhere…

I wouldn't call "racism is wrong" wokeness. Wokeness to me is the extreme where every little word said by anybody at any time must be edited or sanctured based upon today's standards (and not the common sense standard like "racism is wrong" but more extreme that everybody who is white must be...

    Homeless Tent Cities in Canada

In Toronto a good number sneak onto the subway and just set up camp on a seat and ride back and forth.

    2SLGBTQQIA+

Some newspapers use cookies to count your 'free' articles. Once you have read your allotment (some per month, per year, or life) they put up their paywall.

    It's Climate Change I tell'ya!! IT'S CLIMATE CHANGE!!

I think the earth was warmer. The prevailing theory is that the temperature drop caused by the meteor/comet impact with the earth killed them.

I was able to read it. But they probably have number of free article limits.

Notorious child killer Paul Bernardo transferred to Quebec institution

To be honest, that approach works as well. But as long as they languish away without chance of parole, it won't bother me if they get an hour or 2 in the yard, But if they don't, I won't be leading the protest brigade to 'correct the injustice' either.

Notorious child killer Paul Bernardo transferred to Quebec institution

I am proposing locking him up the rest of his life. Most of the 'freedoms' in prison are a part of that #4 clause. Without the #4, there is no need to provide him gym time, or yard time. Just necessities of life like food or medical care as required. Perhaps you took my suggestion of throwing...

Notorious child killer Paul Bernardo transferred to Quebec institution

So what exactly is your objection to a convicted first degree murderer being confined to prison for life? Aside from point 4 where rehabilitation would be pointless, the other 3 still apply. And again, what I am proposing is not Canadian law by any stretch. Our max term is 25 years before chance...
