That is what I was doing, but yesterday I bought a nutribullet. It has a powerful little engine and basically pulverizes the nuts and seeds better than a blender. It is going to take a while to get used to fresh but I am ready for it.

I just had a spinach, banana, pear, strawberry, blueberry, sesame blast and it was pretty good.
