What is it that people don't understand by saying "tax the rich more". Do they not realize the so-called rich have far more options with what to do with their money than the average Joe? I'm still amazed at how this mantra is still going on.

Actually, he's right - one doesn't HAVE to claim expenses if he doesn't mind paying more in taxes. I'm surprised at these businesses - why wouldn't you ask if it was based on gross or net income. They should know that tax is paid on net. Oh well, blame it on covid anxiety.

If I'm not mistaken, Chicago was designated as a "gun free" zone years ago and even that hasn't stopped the gun violence! Gun free zones only make it easier for the criminals b'cuz they don't follow the "rules".
