Death knell for AGW

OK. I do not have a scientific background, but do have a nose for bullshyte. Generally, if a post needs to contain insults or name-calling it just tells me that it can't stand on its own without the insults or name-calling and thus can just be dismissed. Same with overly complicated...

    Death knell for AGW

Something is happening, but is it more than what has always been happening? Is it part of a cycle (we have annual, and lunar, and solar cycles) on a scale that happens to be greater than the time that we've been observing and keeping records? A 10,000yr cycle, or 100,000yr cycle, or much...

    Death knell for AGW

Dude, I work (at work) a 65hr work week, and make it home for the weekends, where I have other things to deal with that stack up from the week, and seasonally, and the aftermath of floods & a fire, and a second rental home, etc...it doesn't end, & this playing on the forum is part of my playtime...

    Death knell for AGW

So, whatever the graph/chart/table is suppose to represent, this is what has been driving the global climate warming/cooling/change for ther last 4-6 billion years? Sorry, but I sort'a thought you'd answer in English.

So, do you have some answers? I admit my ignorance from the get-go. Post# 2347 "I honestly don't know." I didn't come to this thread to preach my theories, as I don't have theories. Just questions.

    Death knell for AGW

Can you name these drivers? Are they the drivers that have been in play for 4-6 billion years so far? Why just recent? If it does just magically change, I'm assuming it's been happening more than relatively recently. Why just 'relatively recent' and what's the issue with "natural...

Just seems like the record is skipping, & thought I might just bump the table.

    Death knell for AGW

Why just recent? If it does just magically change, I'm assuming it's been happening more than relatively recently. Why just 'relatively recent' and what's the issue with "natural ones"? Are there 'natural' forcings that have been in play more than 'relatively recently' ? We seem...

    Death knell for AGW

Huh. I honestly don't know. What causal tie(s) have propelled the warming/cooling/changing climate on this planet for the last 4-6 billion years? I'm assuming the answer to the above question might be found with this question.

What Are You Having For Dinner?

Tonight was some bar nibblies and a beer, followed by some BK on the way home. Nothing to rave about. Two weekends back though it was this: -with a gallon or so of thick, dark brown gravy.

Memories of pets loved and lost...a place to share.

Weird non-Global Warming (more 'El Nino-ish') Question

With Australia melting this year, and California drying out this Winter, does this lead to the Caribbean being less prone to Hurricanes perhaps this coming Fall? If this is a precursor to an El Nino event, then Western Central & South America should flood, and more wind might cross Central...

Florida restaurant serves up python pizza

The Python (Burmese, I think) is an invasive species in Florida, so this is a win-win...but $45 a pie 'cuz the python is $66/lb???? That's just nuts.
