    I just found out today why I don't have water in my apartment half the time. This new city, Changchun, is a dry part of China, and so they have water rations! 5:00-8:00am, 11:20am-1:00pm, and 5:00pm-8:00pm. Wow, I think I'm going to learn to appreciate water in this comming year!
