Define what you mean by peaceful. If you mean no destruction of anything, no burning, no looting, sure it's peaceful. If you mean no threats against citizens who live in Ottawa if they wear masks, if you mean no disrespectfulness what so ever anywhere... well, not so peaceful it seems.
