I was looking at the polls that turned popular vote into seat projections based upon location of those polled. At one point PP had a massive projected majority and that was like 4 months prior to the election. It is to this collapse I refer not the perceived imbalance of western voters.

Politicians sometimes confuse right and wrong by which is ahead in the polls. Given that several Muslim states do televise their executions I don't follow the second part of your post.
