That does sound wrong. Usually they should have beaten the property owner or at least shot him. Perhaps next time they can bring a token black man to the scene and shoot him to make things seem more real.

If giving him vacation means he doesn't do anything, I am all for awarding him 365 days of vacation every year. As an added bonus I will throw in and extra day of vacation once every 4 years.
