I don't know. We had barbecued beef steak last night and it was very nice. You're both right. These pork steaks do barbecue very nicely. I picked up ten of these pork steaks so no doubt some are going to end up on the barbecue. I think we'll try darkbeavers idea with the S & S sauce.
