i wuz wonderin what the levels were :? i know 0-9 post is newbie and 10 to 25 is rising star i think can any one help me out? SJ

ive noticed that there is only the canadian flag :canada: and the quebec flag :quebec: althogh i am from quebec and find it great that i can have both flags qhat abot the other provences if the emos were updated i think that would be real kool SJ
