  • Nope. No victims there.;)

I also have two butterfly bushes(two different varieties), balloon flowers, Columbine, Astilbys, Daisies, Flox, cactus, Bleeding Hearts, Morning Glories, Lamb's Ears, Silver Dollars. Lots of variety!:)

I like scented flowers myself. Ahhhhhh!:)
Actually, there's a lot of them around. On one side of my yard, against the neighbour's shed/garage, there's about 6 of them(fully grown). There's also one mixed in with my lilac bush, and another couple growing in front of them(new). There's one along the back wall of my house(also new), and even after my dad ripped one out from beside my water hose( :( ), two more started up in the same area. So, needless to say there are still a lot of them around.;) There are some at the end of my driveway as well, hanging over the fence from the neighbours. They are a very pretty bush, but it's a shame that they don't have a scented flower.
I think it just took that long for it to finally mature enough to have a flower. It's the only bud it has, and I don't think that any more will grow on it this year(too late in the season). We had such a dry summer, and I didn't water it as much as I should have(it's rooted underneath my gravel driveway).
I've been okay. Glad I have tomorrow off. I'm really tired after all those long shifts!

I've been having a couple of odd dreams as well, especially last night!

My Rose of Sharon that is growing at the front of my house(grew there from a seed this Spring!) has one little flower about to pop out. And I think it's going to be a colour that I don't have growing on my yard already!:)
Can you imagine if someone from that era was given some modern music? I wonder if they would still find the music of that era to be "scandalous and daring"?;)
We had a fair bit of rain. I cleared up for a couple of hours in the afternoon and then rained again. Had a few spurts of wind as well. Last night there was a crack of thunder that was so loud it shook my house(and apparently a lot of other houses as well!).
