We are favouring the less productive members of society (women) over the more productive ones (men) for jobs.

BTW, it's not just 'women', Blackie. Guys are pretty "Silly" and "childish" at work now too. And I know as many less productive males that work as I do females.

Gender has nothing to do with productivity, it's actual attitude and how the person was raised whether their work ethic is good or not.
