Is that all you got? The softwood lumber dispute to link Bush and Harper? Surely you jest.

Okay, I'll play your little game. You give me one and I'll counter and we'll see who runs out of issues first.

The Liberal party followed Bush into a war in Afghanistan.
The Liberal party didn't follow the US, they followed the UN.

LOL!!!!!

Somehow I doubt that you would be claiming this if Harper sent our troops to Afghanistan.

Typical left wing clap trap.

So if the Liberals sent our troops into Afghanistan, because of the UN, then why do the same Liberals want to cut and run out of Afghanistan? The UN says we still need to be there. You can't have it both ways, even though the Liberals always try to have it all ways.

Kinda like tax money. Some if it goes into programs and some of it goes into Liberal party coffers and pockets of their friends.

Ahem, but Harper stepped up military confrontation. The Liberals went to primarily rebuild Afghanistan.

Harper= Bush puppet.
Oh brother!!!
Since when did being a lover of the Harper corporate party make someone an expert on reality and immune to conservative claptrap? The conservative party is a club of dinosaurs with dangerous ideas about power and morality. The sooner they follow thier saurian ancestors into history the better this country will be.
I'm hoping the socialists do the same.
The Bloc can't vote against money for Quebec no matter that the Prov. Liberals will just us the money for their own gain. The optics are terrible for the Bloc to cancel money going to Quebec..ain't gonna happen. The only thing it would say is they want to punish Quebecers for voting ADQ.

Funny how both a Liberal win and the ADQ comming in second work for Mssr 'arper..he does play a mean game of chess does he not?
An odd voice of reason in a sea of delusion.
Ever since Harper.....
DIDN'T put soldiers on our streets.
DIDN'T declare Canada the 51st state.
DIDN'T send our troops to Iraq.
DIDN'T declare all corporations exempt from paying any taxes.
DIDN'T ban homosexuals from leaving their homes.

I could go on for hours, but it's pretty clear that the biggest bull **** ridiculous and childish comments come from the left.

The most dangerous parties for Canada are the Liberals for stealing our money and practically losing two provinces to seperation in the process.

and the NDP for if ever elected into power would transform Canada into some Cuban or Soviet hybrid.
Another voice of reason, halliluya!!!
I'm sorry? Last time I checked the Conservatives ripped us off with the softwood dispute deal to please Bush the King.
How about them severly undercut stumpage fees? They're not subsidised at all, noooooooooooooo.

He got us a better deal then the one the Liberals got us.

This should be good...

No they didn't, they followed NATO into Afghanistan, the UN later sanctioned and threw its support behind NATO.

OMG!!!

The Liberals sent our Troops into a war zone, period. The rebuilding followed heavey fighting. We cleared the original are, and moved on to another area to keep the Taliban in retreat and let the rebuilding continue.

Try building a school and later have the local children go to it every day when you have armed nutjobs shooting everything related to Nato forces. Blue Helmet missions where a joke, peacekeeping in a warzone, pretty ridiculous. It got alot more of our soldiers post-traumatised than the Nato missions just because of the absurde rules of engagement. They could nail a woman on her front door before your very eyes and they knew you could't do jack squat because you where personnaly not attacked...that got alot of our soldiers messed up. Remember Dallaire?

Now, I'm thinking that this is a golden chance for Harper to get majority. The liberals need Québec to get back, and with Dion, it's not gonna happen. He is soooo hated around here, we still can't believe the libs chose him for leadership. (but still, even after a few years after the sponcership scandal, people in Québec still got that sour taste in their mouths)
The Bloc is loosing steam since the few last elections, and they pretty screwd I think. They can't now go against a popular federal budget that they already accepted, it would make them look like they where going against the liberal and ADQ electorate, but then again, since the Bloc themselves approuved of the budget, the Conservatives are in good shape in Québec anyways, its a win-win for Harper.
And last, we saw the middle class talk back at yesterday's provincial election. The more right wing ADQ going beyond expectations, having four MP's sunday, to 41 yesterday. Now this is a very good sign for Harper, since a right wing party as crippled the two more central and center-left party's.
Lets not forget that the eternal opposition of the Bloc is wearing thin, and that the Québec City region as tasted having MP's in the goverment in Ottawa, It will probably spredd much more in a coming election.

I agree with you Mr. Roboto.

If the polls hit 40% for the Conservatives, they should call an election. Hit will the iron is hot.

The Liberals are in disaray. Dion is a very weak leader.
The NDP has become a party of fanatics under Taliban Jack and continue to fall in the polls.
The Bloc have lost a lot of support in Quebec to a right wing party.
The Conservatives are making major gains in Ontario.
The Conservative Party has plenty of money to fund a general election campaign whereas the Liberals are pretty much broke. Especially since they can't steal any more tax dollars while they are out of power.

I say it's getting close to go time.
