Sky News is granted rare access to the Bank of England's vast gold reserve.

Situated on London's Threadneedle Street, the Bank of England has 400,000 gold bars worth almost £600 billion in total.

It's the world's second-largest gold reserve after that of New York City's.

The Bank of England was founded in 1694 by King William III.

Putin was hoarding gold, Could be some of that is in N Korea now,

Cash is King with those people.

The Russians are selling their gold horde in order to fund their military. They're at war with Ukraine, of course. They're having to sell their gold reserves in order to fund their military in a time of war.

I wonder what security they have in that vault. Nowadays there are probably armed, intelligent and automotive drones flying around in there.
