Britain and America confirm trade deal
US President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer have, in the last few minutes, announced a historic US-UK trade deal.
After "shaking hands" on the deal in a virtual meeting broadcast last month, the two great Anglophone allies have just confirmed it at the G7 summit Canada.
Trump accidentally dropped some of the papers and Starmer helpfully picked them up.
"The relationship we have with them is fantastic", said the US President.
Both Trump and Starmer seem to be quite fond of each other, as has been the case between other US presidents and UK PMs in recent decades.
