I think the suicide rate will likely increase. People are already stir crazy.
I personally that a lockdown that long is counter-productive. They should be using this time to increase ICU capacities to handle a peak without a lockdown. Once they can, they should restore normal flow and let the virus move and then dissipate. Also I think in about another month people will start ignoring the stay-at-home directives. And the fines strike me as non-enforcable as there are no courts in session. Pleading not-guilty and waiting for a court date would give you time for a 'non-speedy trial' defense.
But I don't think they governments have been increasing anything.

People are not locked away, the government is just enforcing physical distance.
