We need to give the monarchy more teeth. I have difficulty imagining that the Queen truly wanted to give that honour. We're not talking about just befriending a person here, but rather giving her a high honour that a person ought to earn.

I believe that if the monarchy had more teeth, the Queen would have refused to confer such an honour for the promotion of the exploitation of some of the country's most vulnerable people.
