It's about a military training exercise in the UK between the "Paras" (Britain's airborne soldiers) and the Ghurka Rifles (Nepalese soldiers that are part of the British Army) that turned into a riot.
I remember a similar exercise back in the 70s between US Marines and our Van Doos that had to be ended early because the Quebecois Van Doos were catching and beating up the Marines seriously badly and the rough-tough, gutz-n-glory Lethernecks were getting really hurt, poor babies.
