a drive thru meal for mom dad and son can add up in a hell of a hurry. $15 min wage is going to be another reason to run that price even higher.

Better than than most private pensions.

Pensions can run the gamut from several hundred dollars per month to tens of thousands. Which one are you comparing?

Seniors get free coffee at a lot of fast food joints. ;)

In Vernon? I've been paying $1.65! Where I go there's about a dozen old codgers who go there 365, so I'm sure if they could get it free someplace, they wouldn't be paying $1.65.

$1.65? Highway robbery! The McDonalds near me charges $1 for regular working shmucks. Free for seniors.

You're pension is guaranteed by the government....you're set for life.

Funny, funny boy- actually you're not funny, you're stupid!! :) :) Ask the Gov't employees who are getting paid by the Phoenix system how that's working for them?

McDonalds is a bit of a hike for me. On occasion when I did go there I was paying $1.25 for cardboard cups. To their credit once in a blue moon they did have a week of free coffee.
