A good Brexit is a hard Brexit

Just one question for the Brexit fans, Since a good deal of the anti-EU vote was triggered by anti-immigrant sentiment, what is Britain going to do about its aging population? Without immigration it is not going to get any younger. It is predicted that by 2045 one-quarter of the UK will be 65 years old or older.

And how are you going to pay the pensions for all those you steal from the 3rd world and let flood into the
country when they get old enough ?

But keep swallowing the gov't smoking BS.

What an ignorant reply. You obviously don't have a clue about the fact that it is the immigrants who will be paying for your social services.

Britain's full and immigration should be reduced from the hundreds of thousands, as it has been since the Blair Administration opened the floodgates in the late Nineties, to the tens of thousands, as it was before the Blair Administration opened the floodgates.

Towns on the east coast of England especially are struggling to cope with the incomers. Boston in Lincolnshire (below) is like a little Poland and it's no surprise that the Brexit vote was strong there. The people are just fed up with their town turning into Eastern Europe.

So what's new? We've had shops run by immigrants in Canada for over a century. Britain is actually just catching up to Canada so far as having a cosmopolitan population is concerned. The only difference is that Canadians don't call Eastern Europeans vermin.

Just so as you know, Britain's birthrate has fallen below the replacement rate. If it stays that way immigration is the only way to keep it stable; otherwise the country will face a population crash in a few decades. However, before that you will have an increasingly aging population with millions of retirees using a variety of government services. Without a younger population to support them this will place an increasing tax burden on the people who are still working. Right now Britain has fewer immigrants per year than Canada, but you have almost double Canada's population. Low immigration is a recipe for disaster. But it is your country. You can phuck it up any way you like.

I asked who was going to pay their pensions, since you are so erect to bring so many in.

You can't be more wrong, but where are you getting ideas from ?

I suspect immigrants, most of whom are younger than the Canadian average, will pay for their own pensions. The same is true for Britain as well.

I guess I am getting my ideas from sites that print facts - you should try it sometime

2016 net migration Canada 342,000 Daily Commercial News - Net immigration boosted Canada

2016 net migration Britain 242,000 Net migration to the UK falls to 248,000 in 2016 - BBC News

Interesting idea.
So if the new immigrants are paying their own pensions, why aren't we paying ours, and therefore
need all the new immigrants flooding in ?

The past few Canadian governments are trying the same tactic that the UK started in 1997.
A massive increase increase in immigration. The UK is now reaping the result of that policy
in the form of incredible pressures on their health service, schools, police, and of course the muslim rapegangs.

Facts.
Oh, you're a gullible one, aintcha.
So Canada has imported 1.5 million immigrants in the last 5 years.
Does anyone actually the average Canadian if he is doing any better over the past 5 years ?

Last I noticed I did pay for my own CPP - for forty years. I can't help it if you didn't pay for yours.

And I think you are going to have to produce statistics to prove me wrong; something you are not very good at. And read the numbers - they are for last year, not the last five years. But here you are:
Canada’s population grew by 1.7 million between 2011 and 2016

Canada

Now, only two-thirds of that growth was due to immigration, but it will have to do.

Let me give you a t little advice. If you want to argue with me come prepared. You haven't in any of our discussions so far.

Prepare for what ?
An avalanche of virtue signaling nonsense, mixed Lieberally with party hackery, and slanted 'statistics'
that show antifa are huggers of kittens, Trudeau is the best thing since sliced bread, and the sun is actually black,
because calling it anything else would be racist ?

Thanks, I think I'll be fine.

A) You haven't answered the future pensions issue from all that immigration.
My guess is you don't care about it. Your personal blah blah CPP is exactly that.

B) You haven't addressed how in the last 5 years nothing is better in Canada.
Would you like to address the past 20 years ? or 40 ?

C) As for your 'stats', the Canadian site does not show at all how many people left Canada,
which would be interesting to see.
But the UK does show. So it's like apples and oranges.
The problem is the over 100,000 British citizens who leave every year,
because the government still has responsibilities to those people, they don't just disappear.
There is a huge trade of citizens who have contributed and are leaving, and a rush of people in, who have no connection
to the UK, show up for the money and benefits, and have irrevocably changed the country.
The Brexit vote was perhaps the last gasp from a dying country to try and change that.

Learn to read - it is net migration, moron. For both countries. I'd try to answer the rest of your response, but as usual it is so garbled and poorly thought out that it is not possible. Also I really am tired with wasting my time on someone is too lazy or stupid to fact check himself. I'll repeat my advice. If you want to argue with me or anyone else you better have more than a bunch of emotional twaddle.

Pot, meet kettle.
You really think all these personal attacks are going to do something.
You're soooo funny... and retarded.

Keep trying. You might actually come up with something intelligent one day. In fact I hope you do. It would be a refreshing change.
