Really ashamed that such a paradise can have so much crime abd violence.
Kind of if you consider there was no crime in the area until the (Western style) tourism industry started.
Postcard version. Same with the pic of snowy mountains are down south. Nice until a tidal wave or avalanche sweeps you away. Why fly halfway around the world to go to a bar when you could do that at home and it could be just as thrilling if you went to a skid-row pub or fantasyland at the West EdMall.
I'm assuming anybody that dies overseas has a brief moment when the 'I should have stayed home.' thought would rolled through their mind at some point before death arrived.
Some rape scene from some movie. Probably a prison one. Never been to one, which one were you in to know it doesn't work that way?
Going by some documentary I watched about some Island nation that was developed before Christopher C. and the rest of Europe started sailing by. The island is famous for it's terraced fields, I can probably find the vid again but it did promote that crime such as theft was as just absent from society. This is the right island but not the same vid I saw. Pre-WWII would be the era I'm talking about, before tourism.

MHz, please, please move to Belize and go missing.. they have lots of jungle, you would fit right in with all the other slithering reptiles.
Lost my passport, too many moose hunting accidents.
I don't have to go that far to find slithering reptiles. I assume their system of justice is somewhat faster than it is up here.
