Put a price on the officers head.. that's crossing a line..

People are pretty brave (stupid) sitting behind a PC thinking they are invincible and can't be traced.

Nothing new here and nothing that doesn't happen to Whitey either. About 35 years ago my father was arrested and handcuffed at work, dragged out of his office and down to the cop shop. The whole time he was protesting the had the wrong person. The suspect they were looking for had a very similar name to my father's, in fact there was only two letters difference. The mistake at that point is somewhat understandable, except they refused to check his ID before dragging him to the station. However, it gets even dumber. The guy they were looking for was about 20 years younger and worked at one of the auto plants. My father worked for the Fed. The two cops that arrested him learned the hard way that you should make sure the person you're arresting and causing massive embarrassment to in front of their co-workers is actually the person you're looking for. My dad didn't sue the local police department, but he did successfully sue the snot out of the two cops that falsely arrested him.

Mental Health Warrant issued for an individual. Either the family or a doctor would have had to initiate the Warrant.

Name, age and description provided, as well as areas person may frequent.

Police observe someone that matches description.

Police approach person and requests information. Person is hostile and refuses to provide identification.

Believing they likely have the correct person, Police attempt to apprehend person. Person is uncooperative in all aspects, therefore, she is brought to the ground.

Police are civil, offer person a chance to stand up, but person remains uncooperative.

Person is finally identified. Police realize that person is not the subject of the Mental Health Warrant, and the person is released.

Where's the problem?

But the rage against the police continue...

No, I mean better..

Swearing at the police, threatening the police. Low class trash.

I'd throw this penny at her in passing..

If two thugs were pinning me down with their knees, They would learn a whole lot of Sailor dialect from my Falmouth.

If she had provided her ID straight off.. none of this would have happen to her.. but she had an attitude with the police..

Sixteen year old girls are not trained to prostate themselves to armed thugs, in this country.

Boys learn that lesson earlier, I will grant you.

They are when they act like thugs and not like professionals.

Seems that the Surrey RCMP are kind of bullies... what's their problem..

WTF! Threatening to arrest the guy on Mental Health ?? It's about time all BC RCMP wear body cams.. this was absolutely unprofessional and a disgrace.
